Bio:
Carmen Rawls is the Assistant Dean for Advising and Outreach in the Pratt School of Engineering. She is the Director of the Research Experience for Undergraduates for Meeting the Grand Challenges in Engineering summer program and the Director of the Pratt Fellows Research program. She obtained her BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, her MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, and her PhD in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
