Bio:
Regina Nowicki de Guerra is the Strategic Data and Analytics Manager at The Graduate School. She is responsible for developing data processes and providing data analysis to inform policy regarding all doctoral and research master's programs across the university. She supports all aspects of graduate education, including academic progress, student funding, admissions allocations, fellowship decisions, as well as publishing statistics and reporting to national bodies. Before coming to Duke, Regina worked in the Graduate School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received master's degrees in Political Science and in Library and Information Science.
