Donna has served as the senior budget and personnel/human resources officer for the Durham and Community Affairs (DCA) office since 2018. She thrives on assisting colleagues with successful outcomes to challenges. Donna's previous experience includes 30 years with the following Duke departments: Public Affairs and Government Relations, Office of the Executive Vice President, FAST Track Project, Facilities Planning and Management, and the Central Payroll Office. Donna is married to Wayne Hubert, and they have one son, Chris. Donna enjoys traveling, cooking, and exercising. She contributes her success to her faith in God and the many folks that invested in her career and personal growth.
