Bio:
Pamela Keels has been with Duke for twelve years. She has worked with the PDC as a Regional Director and currently is a Senior Business Manager / Division Administrator in the Department of Surgery. Pamela is the administrator for three clinical divisions and two programmatic divisions in the Department and she provides administrative leadership for the Department's Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Pamela began her healthcare career as a health center administrator with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. Prior to joining Duke, Pamela held administrative positions with Temple University Health System, Albert Einstein Hospital, and Rex/ UNC Hospital.
