Bio:
Gina is passionate about building programs that forge lasting partnerships between stakeholders and their organizations. Over the span of her career, her work brought her in frequent collaboration with university presidential staff, deans, faculty, advisory councils, philanthropic partners, and students. Her career includes roles at Northwestern University, University of Chicago, Michigan State University, George Mason University, and Duke University. She has also served as a Senior Advancement Specialist for a consulting company. Gina currently leads a team that oversees Duke-wide stewardship programs, and regularly partners with colleagues across campus and the Health System to align practices and shop new strategies. She also serves on the Engagement Leadership Team, a group appointed by the Vice President to assist with staffing needs, organizational change, and to manage cross-functional teams. Gina earned her doctoral degree from Michigan State University's Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education, and her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Chicago.
