Bio:
Catee's current role is the Director of Clinical Research Operations focusing on Study Start up, Conduct and Closeout in the Duke Office of Clinical Research. In this role, Catee oversees the teams responsible for day- to-day clinical research operations for the Duke site clinical research community. Catee began her career in clinical research as a Physician Assistant acting as a Sub Investigator in Viral hepatitis clinical trials at Metropolitan Liver Disease/Gastroenterology Center in Fairfax, VA. Catee joined Duke in 2006 and has held several positions including Clinical Trials Manager, Lead CRA, Research Practice Manager, and the Director of Clinical Research Financial Management. Catee earned a B.S. in Human Nutrition and Foods from Virginia Tech and a M.S. in Healthcare Science from The George Washington University. Catee has been a certified Physician Assistant since 2000.
