Bio:
Rachel Orr joined the Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in August 2019. She is responsible for the compliance and administration of Clinical Research aspects for the Duke University School of Medicine. This includes finance and budgeting, human resources, direct supervision and oversight compliance with institutional and federal guidelines. Ms. Orr started her career at Duke in October 2011 serving as a Regulatory Compliance Manger in the Duke Cancer Network and later as an ARPM in DCRI. Prior to her career at Duke, Ms. Orr worked at the UPMC Cancer Centers as a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor. Ms. Orr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from West Liberty State college and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a certified clinical research professional through SOCRA.
