Renee Pridgen is the Director of Clinical Operations at Duke Clinical Research Institute, overseeing the Government Operations department. She is an operations expert with 20+ years' experience in the strategic advancement of clinical research programs and department oversight with a history of collaborating with cross- functional teams to define, plan, and implement multiple clinical studies in parallel from initiation through late-stage trials. Communication and organizational skills to support business strategy by helping design trials and making data-driven decisions are her specialty. She is well versed in ensuring that clinical development standard operating procedures (SOPs) facilitate progress of effective clinical study protocols while sustaining compliance with a record of formulated strategic plans for portfolio growth. Renee holds a Masters in Health Administration with a concentration on Informatics from University of Phoenix and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
