Katherine is currently the Assistant Director of Research Training for the Office of Education for Research Administration & Finance. In this role, she develops training curriculums that integrate compliance and financial strategies and provides project management support for institutional initiatives that drive compliance improvements. Prior to joining Duke in 2015, Katherine worked at Northwell Health in New York, managing business and financial operations for psychiatric research. She is dedicated to excellence and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes well-being, driving both personal and professional success. Katherine holds an MBA from Elon University, a bachelor's degree in industrial & organizational psychology from Penn State University, and a certification in project management.
