biopharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health

research opportunities, and shape strategies to support
cutting-edge clinical research. In addition, she oversees
Strategic Programs that enhance study design, therapeutic
education, and thought leadership in clinical research.
Before joining DCRI, Arias led Biogen's U.S.
commercialization strategy across multiple sclerosis and
rare disease programs. She also held roles at Blue Cross
Blue Shield of Massachusetts in health care reform and at
IQVIA in corporate communications.
Arias holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and Spanish
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and
a master's degree in public health from the UNC Gillings
School of Global Public Health. When she's not forging
new research partnerships, Arias enjoys adventuring with
her husband and two daughters, whether that means
exploring a new city or discovering a hidden gem of a
restaurant, and diving into the latest pick for her book
club.
